Facebook Ads Tracking Turnaround
The Problem: A client's Facebook ads, driving to a Typeform funnel, were a mess. Their pixel counted every form submission as a conversion—even unqualified leads. Despite hiring multiple technical people and using fancy server-side tracking, Facebook was optimizing for the wrong data.
My Fix: In a 45-minute call, I diagnosed the core logic flaw. I reconfigured the pixel to fire only when a lead is genuinely qualified, all while preserving their existing advanced tracking setup.
The Result: Their ads are now optimizing for the right people, not junk leads, making their ad spend significantly more effective.
Moral: Advanced tracking is useless if core logic is flawed. Solid tracking saves money.

Hotel's Google Ads Revenue Tracking Restored
The Problem: A successful 25-year-old hotel, working with a top-tier agency, couldn't track their Google Ads revenue. GA4 was a disaster, attributing sales to "direct" or "referral," and Google Ads showed almost zero conversions. Previous GTM "experts" couldn't solve it.
My Fix: I rebuilt their GTM and GA4 from scratch, implemented robust cross-domain tracking between their main site and booking engine, stitched user sessions, and fixed referrer issues. I also worked directly with their booking engine provider to capture the true purchase event.
The Result: We are now on track to attribute 100% of their Google Ads revenue accurately, providing clear ROI.
